Hello and Welcome!

I'm so excited that you're here! As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals.  One-on-One Coaching is where I like to dig deep into the areas of your health and wellness that need attention. Each health coaching program is designed just for you, and what works best with your body and lifestyle.

We work together to:

  • Differentiate between emotional hunger and physical hungry
  • Learn to make intuitive food decisions that honor both health and pleasure
  • Reset your cravings and shift your mindset by understanding how food makes you feel
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable changes
  • Determine what is standing in the way of accomplishing your goals (eating the wrong foods, food rules, stress/emotional eating, binge/restrict cycle, etc.) and treat the root cause versus just the symptoms

When these primary foods are nourished, what you eat becomes secondary and you will notice that emotional eating and cravings diminish. I will support you in achieving your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Bio-IINdividuality

The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.   

Integrative Nutrition Food Plate

  The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body! 

Crowding Out

 Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harm 

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

Frequently Asked Questions

How does 1:1 coaching work?

 Before your initial session a new client form is completed by you, in which we review your current eating habits and health goals. 


In your initial consultation, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a plan tailored to your goals.


In your follow up sessions, we will discuss your goals, your progress, any struggles you are having, and any changes that need to be made to your lifestyle to help you reach your goals.  


You will be held accountable to your goals and commitments, and given the support and guidance you need to follow through.


In your final session, we will discuss your progress and I will provide you with recommendations to maintain what you have achieved and continue to have a lifetime of good health!

What programs do you offer?

I offer two programs:

3 month RESET: 6 sessions

6 month OVERHAUL: 12 sessions  


Each program will include:

- unlimited access to me via email

- grocery store guide and checklist, recipes, and tailored recommendations

Is there a payment plan?

 Yes! You will have the option to pay for the program up front or monthly. As of right now, the only forms of acceptable payment is Venmo or PayPal. 

Do I need to live locally?

 No.  The great thing about my program is that you can live anywhere!  Our sessions can take place virtually or in person.  

Do you offer discounts?

If you choose to pay up front for the program, you will receive a discount on the program.  I also offer discounts for referrals.
